Consultation
An initial consultation* is mandatory.
This will assist us to create a case profile. Our professional team will guide you through the process.
Evaluation
Once your device has been received we will allocate a case profile number. We will cross check all internal and external components and provide assessments.
Recovery
Using the latest technology and equipment we will attempt to recover as much data as possible. Time restrictions may apply depending on the case.
Retrieve Data
Once we have recovered the data we will then save the data to a usb hard drive. We will ensure you are kept up to date during the process of your case.
- * All data recovery consultations are free of charge. Unless we are requested to visit you onsite a fee is charged. All forensics case consultation will incur a service fee. We want to ensure we have in depth information to process your work smoothly. All data recovery jobs incur an initial inspection fee of $150.00 + GST (Non Refundable). This includes opening the hard drive and diagnosing the issue.
- All makes and models contain different fees and charges. A hard drive which does not power up can be a small repair compared to a head replacement which can cost in excess of $990.00 ex gst.
- Most clients prefer to be aware WHAT fees and charges apply. Therefore we inspect the device and advice you with a quote to extract. During the consultation process we will be able to discuss this with you. Please kindly make an appointment to visit our office.
